Both bodies are loaded into a pick-up truck, van, or SUV. The killer then drives them to a remote location to dispose of both bodies. She is crying as she falls unconscious. She wakes up tied and cleaved gagged on the bed. She notices that he is draining a lot of blood from her. He removes the cloth from her mouth and tells her that this will help save lives. A sacrifice of one for the benefit of many. She cries and begs to let her go. He tells her that its too late.
